I first met Cory when I was taking my then 14 year old son to physical therapy for back pain from doing Jiu Jitsu. I could tell right away that he was not just any therapist. I thought that my son would just get some exercises to do and he would probably be doing them wrong, and not much would come out of it. To my surprise, I was very wrong. Cory took the time to actually make sure my son was doing the exercises correctly. Form is everything and makes a world of difference, and Cory is all over it.
My son also has mild cerebral palsy, so he has right sided weakness as well. Cory is great at working with him, and working on the whole body for strength and stability. As luck would have it, Cory started his own business and is working with my son now, one on one, in a CrossFit training setting. I can’t tell you how fortunate we are to have stumbled upon him. He is awesome, very caring and careful to push my son to his limits, with keeping good form in mind at all times. I highly recommend him, and hope he doesn’t get too busy to keep us in his schedule!
