Initial Evaluation


Full body examination including a detailed history and goal setting, movement analysis, individual muscle testing, joint mobility and passive range of motion testing.

From this initial evaluation we come up with an individualized treatment plan to optimize your long term health and fitness.

Follow Up Treatments


Visits after initial evaluation, length of time, frequency and price of follow up visits may vary based on your individual needs.

Mobility Sessions (Cupping and Stretching)


30 minute manual stretching sessions performed by the therapist, ideally before or after your Crossfit class to help recover and increase/maintain ROM.

**Cupping treatment should not be performed before taking class.

Initial Treatment Package


Initial Treatment Package includes initial evaluation, 5 hours of follow up treatments (5 x 1 hour treatments, 10 x 30 minute treatments etc), and weekly "homework" exercises to compliment what we are working on during therapy sessions.
